The journal is governed by the Governing Body of Sri Aurobindo University, under whose authority the Editorial Board functions to oversee all matters of academic and publication policy. IMJSAU is committed to advancing medical knowledge, clinical practice, and health research across all branches of medicine in India and beyond.
